Annual Survey on Satisfaction with Government Digital Services (Citizens) - For 2021
Background / Objectives
The Survey on Satisfaction with Government Digital Services (Citizens) is conducted annually by the Smart Nation and Digital Government Office (SNDGO) and GovTech to assess citizens’ satisfaction with key government digital services and to identify areas for improvement.
The survey was conducted from November 2021 to December 2021 for the reporting period of 2021.
Research Methodology
About 1500 respondents were surveyed, comprising representatives of the total demographic population from 19 years old and above. Data collection was done via face-to-face interviews.

Background / Objectives
The Survey on Satisfaction with Government Digital Services (Businesses) is conducted annually by the Smart Nation and Digital Government Office (SNDGO) and GovTech to assess the business community’s satisfaction with key government digital services and initiatives and to identify areas for improvement.
The survey was conducted from November 2021 to January 2022 for the reporting period of 2021.
Research Methodology
Close to 1130 company respondents were surveyed, from a range of industry sectors (e.g. Commerce, Construction, Financial & Business Services, Manufacturing, Transportation, Storage, Information & Communications, etc.), and company types and sizes in Singapore were surveyed. Data collection was done through telephone interviews.
